Each company has their own designated date that their Annual Meeting needs to be held. With your company set up there should be an agreement. This agreement requires certain clauses. One of the clauses should state when your Annual Meeting is held. If you don’t have this within your company agreement you must add it in an amendment. As a guideline, many companies state that their Annual Meeting should be held within 5 months of the company’s fiscal year end.
